Anna Masiota specialises in conducting court proceedings. She draws on many years of litigation experience when analysing a case, assessing risk and weighing the available courses of action.
She personally takes charge of strategy and key procedural steps, and stays directly involved at every stage of the proceedings - from pre-litigation steps, through representation before the court, to actions taken after the case has closed.
In doing so she draws on the support of her team and, depending on the nature of the case, also works with experts from other fields and with lawyers abroad.

Anna Masiota is an attorney at law with over twenty years of experience in court proceedings. Her practice centres on family law, succession and civil disputes, including real estate matters.
Cases with an international element, particularly cross-border ones, form an important part of her professional work.
She works regularly with a number of respected foreign law firms and is listed among the lawyers recommended by foreign diplomatic missions in Poland.
She is a member of the Union Internationale des Avocats, based in Paris. Within the organisation she is active in the Institute for the Rule of Law (IROL), serving as Director of the Rule of Law Section. She also belongs to the UIA Family Law Commission.
