Teresa Zaborowska-Lenarczyk

Teresa Zaborowska-Lenarczyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2021 she completed her bar training at the Bar Association of Wielkopolska.
She represents clients in court proceedings and before pre-trial investigation authorities. She specialises in civil law, with particular emphasis on property disputes.
She has extensive experience in matters concerning:
- rights to real estate and accounts relating to co-ownership
- succession, including pursuing rights to an estate and claims for the reserved share
- claims arising from contracts
- the property aspects of family law, in particular the division of joint property
She also conducts court proceedings with a cross-border element. Her practice further covers selected criminal matters, in particular offences against property, where she acts as counsel for the injured party or as defence counsel.
Outside the office she is interested in the culture of East Asia, especially Japanese culture, and in literature.
